2 Overtime Rates: Monday - Friday, after 500PM and all day Saturday.

6 Call for weekly and monthly rates/discounts.

here is how we decide who (Tech Level) you need:
Level
0- Non-Certified Labor
- Provides service, installs, fixes, upgrades and preventive maintenance
activities on common IT products (i.e. workstations, printers, PC's, laptops).
Normal abilities & certifications:
· Microsoft Vista, XP, 200, 98 knowledge
· Laser printer experience
· Basic client knowledge of LAN, Ethernet and Token Ring topologies
Level 1- Certfied Technician - This type of engineer
has more certifications and experience and provides more complex service,
installs, fixes, upgrades and preventive maintenance activities on a wide
range of IT products (i.e. workstations, printers, PC's, laptops). Normal
abilities & certifications:
· A+ Certification
· Tier 1 Certifications on minimum of one (1) on the following OEM's (i.e.
HP, Compaq, IBM)
· Microsoft Vista, XP, 200, 98 knowledge
· Broad printer experience
· More experience and knowledge of LAN, Ethernet and Token Ring topologies
Level
2- Network Engineer - Ability to manage, control and operate centralized
and distributed LAN/WAN network systems in a multi-vendor environment.
Some applicable services would be installing network facilities, providing
configuration and maintenance support for network components, and installing
backup services. Normal abilities & certifications:
· Server +, Network +
· Novell CNE
· Citrix CCA
· Cisco CCNA,CCDA
· Compaq AASE
· Tape back-up knowledge
· Minimum of one (1) certification on the following, Compaq, HP, and IBM

Level
3- Systems Engineer - Same as Network Engineer except more experienced
in designing, managing, controlling and operating centralized and distributed
LAN/WAN network systems in a multi-vendor environment. Some applicable
services would be designing and installing small business or departmental
network facilities, providing configuration and maintenance support for
network components, and determining backup services. Normal abilities
& certifications:
· Server +, Network +
· Novell CNE
· Citrix CCA
· Cisco CCNA,CCDA
· Compaq AASE
· RAID and Tape back-up expert
· Certifications may include Compaq, HP, Dell, Sun, IBM File Servers
Level
4- Senior Systems Engineer (SSE) - This type of engineer designs
networks and associated maintenance and security for that system. The
Engineer must have one of the below certifications to qualify for this
billing rate:
· Novell MCNE
· Microsoft MCSE
· Compaq ASE
· Citrix CCEA
· Cisco Authorized CCNP, CCDP, CCIP
· Can perform project management functions
Level 5 - Consultative Services
- This type of engineer is an expert in Project Management, the designing
and implementation of Firewall Security, LANs/WANs (Local / Wide Area
Networks) and Storage Solutions. Normal abilities & certifications:
· PMI
· Cisco CCIE
· Compaq Master ASE
· Check Point CCSE
· A designer or architect who can develop a solution for the customer's
networking system needs.
